Rocky's Story...
Hi everybody. My name is Rocky. I was born on May 18, 2003. I had been living with my puppy friend Tweeky, three cats and a 7 year old girl. My owners are moving and can't take Tweeky and me with them. Tweeky and me are in a temporary foster situation so we need to find a new home as soon as possible. Tweeky will be up on Petfinders soon. He is a 6 month old Chihauhau/Eskie mix.
I am an indoor dog who is given free roam of the house. I do well with grooming and nail trims. I only bark when the door bell rings or someone knocks at the door. I am good with stangers and I love to have free run at the dog beach where I enjoy the company of other dogs very much.
I am active and playful. I do need a bit of work when I'm walking on a leash but I come when I am called and I know how to sit.
This is what my former owner has to say about me. "I am active, good with other animals, friendly, obedient, playful, good with children, protective, social and easy going."
I am hoping I am the right dog for you! Please come to meet me soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Sheboygan Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
