Chloe's Story...
Chloe is a precious darling who you can't help falling in love with! She's lovable and eager to please so will adapt and learn quickly and easily. She's very loyal and enjoys playtime and interacting with her 'person/people'. Despite her hefty size, she thinks she's a lap dog and will cuddle as close as you'll allow. Car rides are an adventure which she enjoys immensely. By all rights, Chloe should be aggressive and anti-social; she had a rough beginning ... her original owners abused her and cut off/mutilated her ears with a pair of scissors. But she's loving and faithful and is waiting for someone to give her the home she deserves. She's extremely well-mannered on a leash and when meeting people; she also knows how to sit on request. She does well with other dogs, even the little ones. Her adoption fee is $100; she's spayed, microchipped, has had fecal and heartworm checks, and is current on vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Indianapolis American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
