Curly's Story...
Curly is such a sweet and loyal boy that enjoys the company of his people and other dogs. He is a very fast learner, and has a blast in obedience class! He has done a "puppy kindergarten" class, and intends to continue basic classes with his new family. Curly hasn't seen very much of this great big world yet, so he hopes to find a family that will continue his socialization and do slow introductions to new things and new people. Curly would like a home with older children, a calm neighborhood, and an owner that will provide him lots of love, patience, and positive guidance with training & leadership. Curly will be a very loyal, loving dog for his forever family. If Curly sounds like the companion you've been waiting for, please go to our website at www.mackenzies.info to learn more about our adoption process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Curly, a Lake Odessa Welsh Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Springer Spaniel for sale in Lake Odessa, or seeking a Welsh Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Lake Odessa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Odessa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Odessa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Welsh Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Odessa paves the way for another one to be saved.
