Starlet's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Starlet's Story...
This beauty was found wandering as a stray near a flea market. Thankfully, one of our wonderful foster moms noticed her and brought her safely home.

Starlet is a happy and playful pup! She loves romping with other dogs, playing with toys, and in general acting like a puppy should act. She's still working on housebreaking but should figure that out before too long.

She is a puppy so her adopter should be willing to work with her through all the typical puppy issues of housebreaking, chewing, teething, jumping and so forth. Her adoption fee of $115 includes spay, vaccines, microchip, deworming and starting on heartworm prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Starlet, a Schertz German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Schertz, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schertz paves the way for another one to be saved.
