Hello, my name is Sandra, or Sandy, as my foster mom calls me. I am a “pocket pit” mix - I'm so tiny that I can almost fit in your pocket! I am about 35 pounds and I'm crate trained and house trained, but I prefer to roam free as I am not destructive in my current home. I came to 11th Hour in September 2011 after being abandoned in New York, and they saved me! Only a few short months later I went into a foster home, which I have been in since February of 2012.
I am a good girl, I love to exercise and play with my toys all day. And I enjoy walks and hikes, too. I get energetic at times, but I just want to play. I prefer a home with no pets, as I am a Princess. I love to snuggle with my foster mom and watch movies, I love to burrow under blankets and sleep in her bed. I get cautious with new people, but learn to trust.
I know that I am looking for a very special kind of home where I can be happy & safe. If you think you can provide that home for me, please fill out an adoption application and meet me today!
