My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Travis, what a big bundle of love this boy is! He is so very affectionate and seeks out the attention.
He is a tall stately cat, and to look into his big beautiful eyes just melts your heart. We rescued him from a place that had just too many cats. He has a slight tremor he has done this sense he was a kitten we are told. He has been vetted and in perfect health, vet can find no reason for the little tremor he does. And it seems to be only when you pet and stroke him. Maybe he is excited and that is how he shows he loves petting, we do not know.
But he is an awesome boy and he needs a forever home where he can get all the love and attention he can get.
Travis is terrified of dogs, he was introduced to his first ever dog in the wrong way, so we feel it is best for this guy to go to a home that does not have house dogs.
Please consider giving this big boy your heart and home, you will not regret it. If you want a hold me pet me love me cat, well Travis is waiting for you.

You can visit Travis 7 days a week at PetSmart in Bethlehem / Winder, Georgia.
We are over in the cat section of the store, just look for him in his pretty hammack.
You can also call Altered Feral State if you want more information on me, just ask for
Stacie (678)725-7840
or
Jill (770)876-0659
And of course all the nice people at PetSmart will be glad to help you adopt me here at the store.

At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $75 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties.
