This is Daisy Mae and Daffney, a pair of 6 year old female Schnauzers. Their owner cannot care for them anymore and they will only be adopted together. Daisy Mae and Daffney would do best in a home without children. Both dogs are easy going, like to play with toys, neither is much of a barker. They are great on leash, get excited when the owner gets the leashes out, Daisy heels & Daffney follows behind. They are crate trained and do not get on furniture unless invited. Both are housebroken, like riding in the car although recently the car rides have not been very frequent. They are good for the groomer. Daisy Mae and Daffney's owner must be willing to take them through a basic dog obedience class and provide proof of completion within four months of the adoption. Proof of enrollment in a dog obedience is required before/at the adoption. If you would like to be considered to adopt Daisy mae and Daffney, you must first apply. Rescue Schnauzers usually weigh between 15-25 pounds, they are up to date on shots, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered prior to placement. We make reasonable efforts to evaluate the health and temperament of each dog, however we cannot make any guarantees. We are not a shelter and do not have a central facility. All dogs are kept in foster homes located throughout the area we cover.
