Ebony's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Ebony's Story...
Hello! I'll be a great pet for some lucky family! I'm very sweet, love kids, get along with people, dogs, and cats! I'm an...um...interesting mix, on the small side of medium. Don't know my exact age, but was born in 2011. I'd like to be a mostly inside doggie and will need adequate arrangements for exercise and safety when outside.
I'm in a foster home and will be shown by appointment.

Just use the link to send our easy one-page application! Or feel free to email or call. The adoption fee is $85. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ebony, a Tahlequah Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever for sale in Tahlequah, or seeking a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Tahlequah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tahlequah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tahlequah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tahlequah paves the way for another one to be saved.
