Jackson's Story...
Jackson is 13 months old and a barrel of fun. He's a friendly little guy who loves everybody! He gets along great with other dogs and is super with children. He loves to ride in the car and occasionally goes out with his foster mom for coffee. He makes us laugh with his funny little smile and big eyes. Jackson is small enough to pick up and hold in your arms like a baby -- and he loves it! This is a great dog, no doubt about it. To learn more about him, please email INFO@FORrescue.net. Jackson is fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Nashville Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
