Sunshine's Story...
Sunshine is a sweet little Manx girl, about 9 months old, and was originally the most shy of her litter. She is now an attention seeker and an adorable little girl who likes to wave her nub tail at you! She was saved from a local high kill shelter with her mom and 5 of her siblings when she was less than a week old. Sunshine would love to have an understanding and loving forever home.

All of our cats and kittens have been fostered in a home environment and are litter box trained, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and have been tested for FIV and FeLV prior to being made available for adoption.

Though not a requirement in most cases, we encourage you to at least consider adopting kittens in pairs. Kittens find it especially comforting and having a built-in playmate often helps them integrate into their new family more easily. Adopt Sunshine and her sister, Countess, together and reduced adoption fees may also apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunshine, a Edmond Manx cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Edmond, or seeking a Manx cat from a breeder in Edmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
