Pheobe is a 9 yr. old, female, Congo african Grey. She is hand tame and shares her life and cage with Phineas. they would like to find a home together as they have been together since they were baby's. She and Phineas both plucked their chests the first night in rescue but both are allowing the feathers to re-grow and have stopped plucking
