Personality: Bella is the Belle of the Ball. We were contaced by Riverside Shelter asking us to take a tiny little girl who came in as a stray with a major medical problem. They had done corrective surgery for a uterine prolapse, but it had come back just 3 days following surgery since they did not have a surgeon experiance in this issue do the first repair. Bella is just 2, tiny at just 12 pounds, loves everyone except cats (she is terrified of them) and a happy little girl. She adores other dogs and people and is just a social little butterfly. Her medical issues are fully corrected now thanks for several exceptional and loving vets in the San Diego area who turned her into a beautiful and healthy little girl again. She does still have some frequent urination issues and as long as she is allow frequent access to potty (every 2 to 4 hours during the day) she is the perfect little lady. She sleeps all night long in her crate without any potty issues at all. She loves other dogs, but seems to be very afraid of cats. Everyone who meets little Bella is smitten with her and whoever adopts her will be so happy with her love and fun.
Issues: Bella came to us with a prolapsed uterus which has since been fully repaired. She would do best in a home with access to frequent potty breaks
