Bella's Story...
Say hello to Bella, a 6 month old female spayed Aussie Shepherd/Catahoula Dog mix. This pup is a total head-turner with her beautiful coat and stunning crystal blue eyes. But Bella has the total package: looks and personality! This great pup is loyal, friendly, and sweet. She is excellent with other dogs, very playful, and adores people of all ages, especially children. We would love to see her in a home with a family, as she tends to gravitate to kids. Bella is not currently fostered with a cat, but we believe she would be good with them. Bella does have a higher energy level, and would do best with an active household, one where she will be walked, run, or hiked daily. If you are interested in meeting this gorgeous dog, please contact us!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Sagaponack Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
