My story

Hi, my name is Willie. I am a 4 year old male greyhound/lab mix. I look mostly greyhound. My owner had to surrender me due to money reasons. I lived with 2 young girls, ages 6 & 7 along with their mother & father. I have a sweet personality, love to be a lap dog. I have showed my shelter friends here that I can have a quiet, shy personality at very first but warm up quickly for some pets & hugs. I can be skittish when it comes to stairs & like to eat in private. I walk well on a leash and I am house trained. I did live in an active household of human friends but no other pets lived with me so not sure if I would get along with cats or other small pets. My previous owner did say that I liked to play with other dogs. My shelter friends will continue to get to know me and update my bio. If you are interested in me, please call or stop by the shelter.
