My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lila, Amy and their sister were found abandoned under a trailer in the desert of Arizona and taken in by A.R.T.A Rescue. They were scared at first and transported to San Diego for special attention. After several weeks, the sisters found that they enjoyed the affection of people. Their sister was more independent and adopted alone, but Lila and Amy are more bonded and get extremely lonely by themselves. They give the most pitiful cry when they are left alone so we would like to adopt them together. Lila and Amy are gentle, shy, and low-maintenance kittens who are looking for a quiet home with patient parents to nurture them.
Lila is a cute short haired dilute calico and the runt of the litter. She is just now losing her baby teeth and is very small for 7 months old. Lila is the shiest of the three sisters and will put up a chase if you go to pick her up. However, if you are in bed, she’s the first to hop up and curl up under the covers with you. She’ll give you a gentle face massage as she falls asleep on your shoulder and will give you an occasional nuzzle and kiss. She’s a polite sleeper; she will depart quietly to use her litter box or get a drink of water and then just as quietly return to fall asleep with you again.
Lila's sister Amy is a beautiful long haired silver dilute calico. She is less shy and just as sweet as Lila. Amy loves to sit in your lap and purr and she is a good sleeper at night too. Amy was born with a genetic abnormality known as eyelid agenesis and therefore needs daily eye drops (liquid tears) to keep her eyes comfortable.
Please email adoption information. Adoption fee goes to rescue to cover the cost of spay, vaccinations, FIV/FELV test and vet check up.
