Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marty is a 6-7 month old lab mix. He is as sweet as he is beautiful! His thick, soft golden hair, tan nose and beautiful eyes are sure to win your heart! He is inquisitive and turns his head to the side when you talk to him. He loves to hang out with you wherever you are. He does great on car rides, too.
Marty loves to chew on doggie bones. He will choose one over other things to chew on, but keep in mind, he's still a puppy. Occasionaly his chewing needs redirected to his bone, as with any pup of his age. He typically does very well meeting new people. He seems most comfortable meeting them when he is not confined to his cage as he feels more comfortable.
Marty loves to play with other dogs. He is energetic and fun. He does well with fetch, too! Room to run is a plus for this guy.
Marty had a rough start in life and found himself at the Franklin County Animal Shelter as a stray. That's when Pet Promise came to the rescue! He is an awesome pup and deserves a family to love. Marty is currently in a foster home awaiting his forever family. Could that be you?
Marty's adoption fee is $175, which includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vetting, and microchip.

We require a home visit as part of the application process. We are only able to coordinate home visits where we have local volunteers.
