Max the Manx's Story...
This adorable little guy is Max, the Manx kitten! Max is 9 weeks old, gentle and just as sweet as can be! Max was rescued from a hoarding situation but you'd never know it. He is friendly and playful and squeaks out his little meow when he wants attention. Max has bright blue/green eyes, super fuzzy blonde hair and a cute little rump...but no tail!

Max gets along fabulously with other kitties (especially his foster siblings Rachel, Mush and Pudge), children and even dogs!

Max has been dewormed, is negative for FIV/FeLV and has received his first distemper vaccine. Adoption application and fee do apply.

For more information on Max (and perhaps one of his foster siblings!), please contact becca.telford@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max the Manx, a Charlotte Manx kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Manx kitten from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
