Hi- I’m sweet little, tiny Apple!!! I am a very tiny Chihuahua girl, approx. 7 years young. I have tons of love to share! I am very tiny- so a home with no small kids would be best for my safety. I wag my tail with happiness and I love snuggling up with you on the couch or in bed. I am a total love-bug! My life started out really tough. I was used in an awful puppy mill, for breeding- over and over and over again. I did not have enough food and hardly ever had clean water. I was stuck in a wire crate all of the time and I longed for love and attention. When my “owner” was “done” with me- she tossed me in a local kill shelter where I was set to die—until the good people at A4A Rescue came in that very day and literally saved my life just in time, phew- that was a close one! After just one day in my A4A volunteer foster home, I knew I was in a loving, happy place—it was awesome! I started to wag my tail and my eyes started to sparkle! I instantly loved my foster parents and the other dog in the home and the cat- I really love everyone who is kind and gentle. For the first time, I touched grass—wow- that has been a neat experience! I am doing excellent with potty training- I use the grass outside and I use puppy pads when my foster parents are away at work- I am doing a great job.
I will be spayed and vaccinated prior to adoption. I have already been treated for the prevention of worms and fleas too. I am in search of a loving, forever home who will be committed to me for my lifetime and who will provide me lots of love, care and attention as I deserve! I am as cute as a button and I have a personality to match!
