Miley is another example of why we hate puppy mills. When the miller was "done" with Miley, he brought her to the vets to have her put to sleep. Thankfully the vet had more sense than that, and now Miley is being fostered and getting love for the first time. Miley is 4 yrs old, weighs 6 1/2 lbs and she is catching on really well how to be a pampered dog! She loves to be held and loved on, but she will still run from her foster mom when she tries to pick her up. She is getting better every day and she will come to her, tail wagging! She is good with other dogs and the resident cat, and she also was fine with visiting children, though she has not lived with any.
