My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dexter is a 20 month old blue male with natural ears. He came to rescue when he was acquired from Craigs list by a family that wasn’t prepared for him. He’s an energetic boy that loves to play and be entertained. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to play with everyone that will play with him. He’s crate trained, if left unsupervised he will get himself into trouble, therefore, he needs to be crated when home alone. Due to his energy level and exuberance he will not be placed with children under the age of 10. He is not a confident dane so he needs to be placed with a canine companion. Dexter is a wonderful boy who would brighten your day with his silliness.

Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League can only adopt within its incorporated area (eastern NY, eastern PA, NJ, DE, WV, MD, and VA). For more information on our adoption policies please visit our website: www.magdrl.org To adopt a Great Dane under 2 you must have traditional fencing (no electronic fences permitted).
