Ally--Adopted!'s Story...
If you are interested in adopting from our organization, please fill out and submit our online application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required before you meet the dog. A SIX (6) foot high fenced yard is required to adopt Ally and an invisible fence is NOT acceptable.

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm tested, on heartworm preventative year-round, and microchipped for identification.

Ally is a gorgeous 2-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky who is ready to find a new home. Ally is black and white with brown eyes. She gets along well with the two other Siberian Huskies in her foster home and she is housetrained. Ally's foster Mom says "She is very sweet, has good house manners, I taught her sit and to shake, she learns quickly. Loves to run FAST! I give her the run of the house at night now, she's good. Wouldn't trust her too long without supervision, she's in the crate when no one is home. A little wild yet over food and treats, needs a little more work with walking nicely on a leash."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ally--Adopted!, a Belleville Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Belleville, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Belleville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Belleville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Belleville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Belleville paves the way for another one to be saved.
