Im a mellow girl, approx 3 years old, 62 lbs and totally housebroken. My guardian says Im a cool dog with a fabulous personality. Im loving, I live life each day as if its my last and Ive adapted really well to the changes Ive endured. She says if you adopt me - laughs and good times are guaranteed!
I bet you're wondering why a beautiful, super sweet and happy girl like me needs a home.... Well, for some reason, my family moved. And, they left me behind. All alone. In the back yard. They took all their belongings, walked out the door, and left me.
They never came back.
So, here I am. Homeless. Without a family I can love and make laugh. Without a family to love me back.
Maybe thats you? Heres more about me.... I love to be with my people, have my belly rubbed and to get pets. I like to go for walks, jogging and rides in the car. I am a bit of a puller so a no-pull harness helps remind me not to pull on my leash. Im currently going for a 1-2 mile walk or jog, 4-5 days a week and its plenty of exercise for me! Then I turn into a big couch-potato.
Im very friendly, I love meeting new people and am a happy girl with everyone I meet. My guardian says I love life and am easy-going!
Its been reported that Im a Michael Felps look-alike when I get on the couch. I kind of do this flip of my front legs to pull myself up! I also like to army-crawl across the yard on my belly, slithering through the grass - I crawled 20 feet through the soft grass last week! Its kind of like having my tummy rubbed, but a do-it-yourself version!
My favorite toy is a stuffed bull, sometimes I curl up with it and take a nap. But I do like all toys and my squeaky ball - its fun! Sometimes Ill toss it in the air and catch it myself! Im currently learning sit, down and stay, Im working on my manners!
Im ready for my forever home, or even a foster home until my forever home is found. Im not a big fan of kitties, and I like boy dogs better than girl dogs, so I need to meet any resident dogs in your home. Because of my size, I should be in a home with older kids.
