Panda's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Panda's Story...
Panda is just the sweetest and most gentle boy. He is about a year old now and was very shy when he came to the rescue. However, since being placed in foster care Panda has blossomed. He has bonded nicely with his foster family and loves to play with the other dogs he lives with. Because Panda is shy with new people, he will need a family that is willing to be patient and give Panda time to bond. If given the right chance, Panda will blossom just as he has in foster care. He loves long hikes, playing in the yard, a good game of fetch, and a good snuggle in front of the fire place. Panda also loves to swim! Once Panda has bonded and adjusted you will see him for the true sweet puppy he is! Panda loves other dogs, cats and kids!!!Panda would probably do best with a slow introduction into his new home. Possibly starting with meets, walks, and play dates. Panda will need another dog in the home that is secure to help him make his adjustment. Panda is currently in Hershey, PA but will travel for the right family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Medford Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Medford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
