Bailey's Story...

DOB:  5/1/2010

Bailey is a courtesy listing and is not a foster cat with Feral Cat Assistance Program.  To find out more about this gorgeous girl Contact: alebrato@triad.rr.com

Bailey was dumped in a trailer park where a large colony of feral cats live.  She was pregnant and completely confused about what to do to survive.  A FCAP volunteer had her spayed, vaccinated and tested for leukemia and FIV.  Bailey was negative for leukemia, but she tested positive for FIV.  She is a big healthy girl and shows no signs of any illness. FIV positive cats can live a long happy life, so Bailey isn't concerned at all.  She just wants to be loved, cuddled and fussed over!  Head butts and affection are her special attributes.  'Velcro Kitty' is what she really should be called!

To find out more about FIV click on this link:   Best Friends Animal Society - Best Friends Magazine - FIV Cats

Bailey deserves a loving home.  She would rather be the only cat just because she doesn't want to share all the attention.

Her adoption fee is $25

About Feral Cat Assistance Program

About Our Rescue Group...

Out Mission statement is below:

FCAP is a volunteer non-profit feral cat advocacy organization that supports non-lethal population of feral and stray cats through a well managed trap-neuter-return program.

FCAP respects the sanctity of life of feral cats. By implementing a trap-neuter-return program the feral cats are able to return to their outside homes under the watchful care of compassionate caregivers, thereby improving their quality of life and reducing the feral cat population.

We also remove kittens and social adults from feral Colonies and put them in our Foster Program and find them forever homes.

Come Meet Our Pets...

some cats are showcased at Petsmart on Wendover in Greensboro. We have adoption fairs every Saturday and sunday at the same Petsmart.
