Roxy's Story...
Roxy is a gentle loving dog who needs a calm secure home. Sudden noises, high emotion, and hectic environments stress her — you can see her teeth chatter! In an adult-only home, without other animals, you will not find a better companion! She loves to lie near you, closes her eyes when petted, loves to sleep with her people, is housebroken, quiet, loves to play with toys, great in a crate, great on car rides. If you're a runner, Roxy would be ideal. She's fast and athletic and loves to run. Handled by a dog-savvy person, she's fine on walks passing other dogs.

If you are interested in meeting Roxy, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.

[Roxy is 3 years old and about 45 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxy, a Marina del Rey Pointer/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Pointer/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Pointer/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
