Claudia's Info...

I am in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Claudia's Story...
Claudia came in with her brother when someone had gotten them for their barn. They would have been fine for that due to having little to no human interaction for the first 6wks of their lives, but the person's dog had different ideas about the kittens. For the safety of the kittens we took them in. Claudia has always been skittish, but will warm up with patience and when it is quiet. When they arrived, both had a bad case of Upper Respiratory Infection. Although this has cleared up, once infected, this can return anytime stress is involved, such as moving, new pets, new baby, etc. An experienced cat person would be better for her due to these reasons.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Claudia, a Gray Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Gray, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Gray.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gray already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gray breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gray paves the way for another one to be saved.
