I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.
Boss is more mellow than Hugo, his brother, and appears to have been the leader of the 2 boys. He's very sweet and laid back. He is just over a year old and he'll be about a 60-70 lb. dog. He has a very calm demeanor and gets along well with the 3 cats and 4 other dogs (5 including his brother). He is great with people and would love a home that can give him the love and attention he deserves but wasn't given in his past. It would be fantastic for these brothers to find a home together, since they seem pretty attached. But, with the right home and family, anything is possible.
If you are interested in adopting me, please go to www.anewleash.org and click on Adoption Application on right side of page. Email the application to firstname.lastname@example.org as an attachment. **Adoption fees are a tax-deductible donation to help pay part of their vet bills. In general:
Dogs over 6 months: suggested donation is $185.
Dogs under 6 months: suggested donation is $200.
There is a $25 fee for out of town adoptions. Some highly adoptable dogs who will find a forever home quickly, have a higher adoption fee. These dogs leave a financial legacy for the other animals in our care who may need extensive medical care or more time to find a loving home.
ALL PETS FULLY VETTED BEFORE ADOPTION: including exam, MICROCHIP, spay or neuter, Heartworm test, fecal, deworm, for Rabies vaccination, and DA2PPv vaccination, as well as any other medications or surgeries the pet needs.
Return Policy: If you wish to return the dog(s) after adoption, you MUST return them to A New Leash on Life, Inc. They are not to be given to someone else or turned in to another agency. The returned cat(s) will be placed back into our foster program when the next available foster home has an opening.
