My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benny’s Foster Home is located in Middleburg, Florida

Benny is a sweet, loving black and tan, German shepherd. He is approximately 4 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Benny was Rescued out of a high kill shelter and was scheduled to be put down the day we Rescued him out. He truly is one lucky boy! He was picked up as a stray in horrible condition, and as a result we do not have any history on him. We do know that he is a sweet boy, loves all people, tolerant of other dogs but prefers to play on his own and a home without small dogs or cats is preferred due to him having a high prey/chase drive.

Benny is very treat motivated which makes training fun. He enjoys car rides and long walks. His name “Benny” short for Benito meaning is “Blessed” and I can tell you we are very Blessed to have this great boy in Rescue. It took a long time for him to heal and with such dedicated care put into him by his wonderful foster mom Benny is now making a complete turn around and is ready for his new home. Will you be the one that he chooses to go home with? If you are interested in adopting our Sweet Benny or require additional information Please Email:luvgermansheps@yahoo.com

An application needs to be completed prior to a meet and greet. All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and or spayed, and microchipped.

Adoption fees range from $100 - $350 depending on age, degree of personalized training, and if proof of bloodlines can be provided.

Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior before final adoption.
