Baxter's Story...
Baxter is a sweet boy. Very smart and loves to be held. Baxter likes to play tug of war with the other pups. Baxter is 11weeks and weights about 10lbs. He is growing long legs and extra skin to grow into. The grandkids love to chase him as he slides around the corners. He is lots of fun to watch play with his toys are anything he can lay and chew. He is almost house and crate trained, he seems so smart and willing to please and learn new things...could you teach Baxter his next new trick?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baxter, a P Boxer/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Pointer for sale in P, or seeking a Boxer/Pointer puppy from a breeder in P.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in P already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a P breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Pointer breeders who help with Boxer/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in P paves the way for another one to be saved.
