Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Charlomaine! I'm just here waiting with my sister to find our forever homes. We are all really good kittens. We hope we can be as lucky as some of the other animals here and someone will pick us to join their family. We already get along with other cats so if you have other cats that is great. We live with some doggies too so we think they are cool. We are also completely litter trained! We know people are big on that so our mom made sure we knew that! Each of us has had two booster shots, we have been de-wormed and treated for fleas too. Plus we were all spayed and neutered. We are ready to go to our new homes anytime! Please email about us today! We can't wait to be a part of your family!
Please email us only regarding the adoption of our felines. We are very sorry but we simply do not have time to return everyone's phone calls. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Please email courtneyvalent@hotmail.com to get an adoption application for emailed to you. Please be sure to write CHARLOMAINE in the subject line of the email so it does not get caught in our junk-mail filter. Please hurry! He will be waiting!
Why Adopt?
Adopting rather than shopping for your next pet will help to reduce the number of animals euthanized. Adopting a pet actually saves TWO LIVES as you free up space for another animal in need to find lasting love through the wonder of adoption.
You’ll get a pet who is spayed or neutered, vaccinated and healthy.
As opposed to purchasing or getting a “free to a good home” pet, you’ll welcome a fully-vetted companion animal in to your life.
Contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of shelter pets are homeless through no fault of their own. Divorce, financial constraints, time limitations and NOT the animal’s health &/or behavior are the most common reasons an animal is left homeless.
You’ll save money.
Many pets in the shelter system are already spayed or neutered and if not, shelters often receive a discount from their participating veterinarian and passes the savings on to the adoptive family. Also, adoption fees are much less expensive than buying from a breeder or pet store.
