I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Bogey's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Bogey's Story...
I definitely am grateful to my foster mom for taking me out of that horrible place and getting me bathed and groomed. I have adjusted wonderfully in her house. I am potty trained, crate trained, walk very well on a leash, and get along great with dogs and children. I am being treated next week for heartworms which is a piece of cake considering what I have already been through. I am looking for someone who wants a snuggle bunny companion!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bogey, a Houston Cairn Terrier/Wheaten Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Wheaten Terrier for sale in Houston, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Wheaten Terrier dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
