My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LOGAN.....Lab / Golden Retriever D.O.B. 8/1/11 (approx). This young man was found as a stray, picked up by the dog patrol, kept in a town "kennel" and eventually came into rescue..  He was a skinny, nervous, out of control boy when he came into Keeper Rescue.  At his initial vet exam he was out of control and they were shaking their heads.  Since he has been with one of our foster moms he is a new boy !!  He went to the vet again for follow up and they were amazed at how he has changed, was so well behaved and he looked so much better.  He knows basic commands, loves to go for rides and walks, no longer needs a crate, loves other dogs and cats and enjoys the good life.....  He will need a home where his owner(s) will continue with his training and where he will be very much a part of the family.  His only issue is his excitement when he has been left for a while and you come home (he jumps for joy  but he is getting better).  He is sweet but strong so we prefer not to place with small children.....
