Weezy's Story...
Weezy was adopted from CDR about a year ago when she was given up by a breeder after having several litters. Her family loves her, but has to give her up due to health issues of a family member.

Weezy loves being next to someone. She does like her busy bone since she loves to chew and eat. She gets along with other dogs. She doesn’t signal when she has to go out, so her family will have to make sure she goes out often enough so she doesn’t have an accident in the house. She does have allergies so she is on grain-free food. She is now used to a daily walk although she does get tired pretty fast..especially in the warm weather. She likes to sit outside in the sun but not for long. All her wrinkles on her face and tail need to be cleaned daily.

Weezy will be staying with her family until she finds a new home. She will not be coming to adoptions. If you would like to meet Weezy, contact Luanne at lfsgolf@yahoo to make arrangements for an introduction.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Weezy, a Schaumburg English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Schaumburg, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Schaumburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schaumburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schaumburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schaumburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
