Penny was one of two puppies who's story is that of many rescues. In and out of the high kill shelter In just five short months of her life she's never really know what it is to have a forever home filled with love and guideance. The last time she was picked up by animal control her owner never came to get her and after her five day hold was to be put to sleep. Lucky for her our rescue stepped up to save her and her brother and now they are lookin for a forever home here in Ny
