Gordo's Story...
Gordo is a sweet heart! He is a sweet, loving and obedient 3 year old Shih tzu/lhasa apso mix. He is gentle natured and has been successfully socialized.

Gordo loves cuddling, car rides, people (including children) and other dogs big and small! Gordo was rescued from South L.A. and is now in the care of Wholesome K9 Rescue group.

He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for fleas. We are seeking a forever home for him.

An adoption contract and small adoption fee is required. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Gordo, please call 310 402-7483 or send us a message. Our adoption application is available on our website for your convenience.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gordo, a Inglewood Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso for sale in Inglewood, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Inglewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inglewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inglewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inglewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
