TUCKER2's Story...
Hi, my name is Tucker. I am a curly haired dark brown cocker. They think I am about 6 years old, but if you want to play I can have the energy of a 2 yr old. My foster mom says I am cuddly and soft like a Teddy Bear (that is what she calls me when no one is looking). I don't ask for much, I am a very simple dog. I would like to be your little buddy. Could you be my forever home?

Tucker 2 weighs 29 pounds, and is chocolate with a splash of white on his chest. He's smart and handsome, too! He is playful, likes to go for walks and car rides. When Tucker was at the vet, the vet staff commented that he was very well behaved for them, and what a nice boy he is. Tucker 2's adoption fee is $275.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TUCKER2, a Tacoma Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Tacoma, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Tacoma.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tacoma already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tacoma breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tacoma paves the way for another one to be saved.
