Misty's Story...
You can visit with Misty at the Petsmart in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Hi, my name is Misty and I'm 2 years old. My owner had some financial problems and was no longer able care for me. It's taking me a little bit of time to adjust to the adoption center but I'm getting more and more comfortable each day. I'm a pretty grey/white girl with a full figure. A nice home where I can run around and play to keep in shape would be great. I'm quite a social girl and really friendly and love to be petted. I'd be happy keeping you company and hanging out with you while you watch tv. Oh, and if you're looking for a kitty to sleep with at night I'm your gal. So what are you waiting for? Come on over to Petsmart and let's get to know each other!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misty, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
