My story

If you are looking for a very sweet and mellow young lady to complete your family please come meet Stella. In addition to being a beautiful lass, she is about as laid back as they come. She will take a nice walk on lead but is happy as can be to take a rest in the grass after she has stretched her legs a bit. She gets along great with other dogs and does very well with our cats. She is so gentle and calm that she should do wonderfully with children as well. Stella spent the first couple of years of her life having several litters for a backyard breeder. Thankfully animal control was able to shut them down. Stella will be very grateful to her new family to give her a second chance. She has so much love to give! Stella does very well in the house and is crate-trained. She is very calm in her crate and will do well by herself if family members are gone during the day for work or school. She is quiet and will do well in an apartment or townhome. Stella is 3 and a half years old and weighs 16 lbs. She is spayed and microchipped, up to date on all shots, heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
