Ashley's Story...
Ashley is a 3 month old cockapoo mix that is brown with white feet. She is very sweet and friendly. She gets along well with dogs, cats, and children. She knows how to use a doggie door and a puppy pad when locked indoors. She seems to be housetrained already!

She has been spayed, given two puppy vaccinations, and is on heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative. She is less than 10 pounds and should be in the 10-20 lbs range as an adult. (AE)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ashley, a Foster Cockapoo puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cockapoo for sale in Foster, or seeking a Cockapoo puppy from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cockapoo breeders who help with Cockapoo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
