My adoption fee is only $75! Woof! My name's Marty. I am a dapper 2-year-old German Shepherd Dog/Pit Bull Terrier mix guy. I already know my "shake" command. I am shy and reserved at first, but after a little while I warm up to you. While I like being with humans, I am easily frightened by loud noises and sudden movements, and become uneasy when I am handled roughly. Because of this, I need to be homed with children who are at least 8 years of age, and I need to go to a quiet home in which my master(s) are experienced in caring for a nervous doggie. With some patience, love, and reassurance on the part of my new owner(s), I will blossom into a wonderful, braver, and more self-assured canine fellow. If you can provide the right type of home for me and the levels of patience and care that I require, consider adopting me today to be your furever canine companion!

All shelter pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped upon adoption. Dogs adopted to residents of Chula Vista will also receive a free one-year license.
