Bethany's Story...
Bethany is approx. 4 years old. She was abandoned on the side of the road. She was so scared she would not allow anyone near her. She was finally captured after several months. Bethany is timid but has an amazing personality. She is so amazingly sweet and warms up to new people quite quickly. She loves attention and is calm. She would do well with children and does well with other dogs and cats. She would love to find a nice, easygoing family to give her her forever home.

This pets adoption fee is $40 which includes his/hers spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, basic vaccines, worming, and flea/tick preventative

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bethany, a Lawrenceburg Mountain Cur dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur for sale in Lawrenceburg, or seeking a Mountain Cur dog from a breeder in Lawrenceburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur breeders who help with Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
