Buddy's Story...
Buddy came to Found under an unusual set of circumstances. He had been with an abusive family, given up by them, rescued and then his rescue family was no longer able to care for him, even tho they truly wanted to. Buddy had aggression issues from previous abuses. And even tho his rescue family wanted to help him, it proved to be too much for them financially. So Buddy became a Found dog. Right now Buddy is a work in progress but we are confidant, he will be a wonderful companion in time. Stay tuned!! To meet Buddy please email, or call 773.539.3880 Included in the adoption fee is all vaccinations, spay or neuter, heartworm tested, and micro chipped. The adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Chicago Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
