Allie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Allie's Story...
My sister, Sassy, and I are very sweet, affectionate kitties whose family moved and didn't take us along. This has happened twice to us. We are 10 years old and do not really get along well together. We have always been together though and usually one of us picks to live on the top floor of the house and the other chooses to live on the main floor. We are looking for a new home where we can get lots of petting and attention.

I am available by approved F.U.R. of the Upstate application and a $50 donation. Go to www.felineurgentrescue.org and click on "Current Cats" then click the "Adoption Form" button to fill out an adoption application form for me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Allie, a Greenville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
