My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

They call me “Puff” because my coat is white and soft like a powder puff. I am also quite cute, “delicious” if you will, like a cream puff. Not so long ago I was quite the opposite, more like a matted dirt ball. My family had come upon some very hard times and were just not able to take care of me. They brought me to the animal shelter and the nice lady there spent several hours cleaning me up and shaving me to get the mats out. Ah, what a relief that was, and now that it is like a hundred degrees outside I am oh so thankful not to have all of that hair. I hope I do not sound like a prissy girl because I am definitely not that. I am spunky and independent. I like to go on brisk leash walks and explore. I love to meet new people and really enjoy other dogs. Cats are actually fine too. But my favorite thing will be to hang out with my new family and give them lots of love. I have lots and lots to give! I am 2 years old and weigh 10 lbs. I am spayed, up to date on all my shots and microchipped. I am on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
