My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Socks was an owner surrender to Schertz Animal Shelter due to a divorce. He's an 8 yrs old lab/ Dalmation mix who weighs about 75 lbs.

He came in with a 9 yr old Dalmatian who did get adopted -leaving Socks all alone. Socks has been neutered and vaccinated and is all fixed up with no place to go. Now he is staying with a foster family and loving it!

Socks knows basic commands and is very willing to please. He has good manners and understands he is not supposed to be on the furniture.
He will also let you know when he needs to go outside. He is good with kids of all ages, cats and other dogs.

You can tell that he misses being with a family because he wants to be close to someone. Not a big snuggler, but near you. If you have room in your home and heart for this sweet older gentleman - please complete an adoption application.
