Mandy's Story...

Mandy was born in May, 2012. She and her siblings were abandoned in a laundry basket inside the restroom of a gas station. When they were found only days old they were in bad shape, weak, dehydrated. Luckily we had a nursing mom with only a couple pups as she welcomed Mandy and her siblings. Now they are big and strong and ready to find their forever homes.

This puppy will be at Petsmart in Brighton this Saturday, July 7, from noon to 4 pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mandy, a Howell Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Howell, or seeking a Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Howell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Howell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Howell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Boxer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Howell paves the way for another one to be saved.
