Meet Sir Nigel! Nigel is a handsome and friendly kitten, with a sleek physique and magnificent eyes to match his golden tabby coat. Born in April 2012, as one of a feral mom’s litter, Nigel was the first to make a connection with the humans who found him, showing his three sisters that there was nothing to fear.
In foster care, Nigel has become a “regular” family member, enjoying the interaction with children, and the resident dog, while getting along with the other foster cats in residence. Nigel’s sister Mia (Princess of Genovia!) lives with him; his other two sisters were adopted in early August. Nigel and Mia have become very bonded to each other and would do well in the same home. Additionally their new foster buddy Thumbelina is very close with both of them.
Nigel has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is up-to-date on his vaccines and other preventative care. He will be ready to go home with a forever family of his own after his neuter on August 30.
He is the perfect back-to-school companion for a fun-loving family who can give Sir Nigel the royal treatment he deserves! And his sister Mia would be happy to stick with her best brother forever! Please consider giving one or both a home.
Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. On-line applications at http://www.billericacatcarecoalition.org
Rescue Group Info...
The Billerica Cat Care Coalition, started in 2004 by concerned residents, is a cat rescue and adoption organization which assists feral (wild) and abandoned cats and their kittens. We are a 100% volunteer organization.
Our mission is to reduce the suffering and death of animals in our town by implementing the Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) Program for feral cats. We provide them with feeding programs, promote spay/neuter of all companion animals, educate the public on local animal issues, and offer advice/assistance to residents dealing with homeless cat situations or adopting out a pet cat that might otherwise go into a kill shelter situation.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization, meaning your donation is tax-deductible!
Please visit our website for upcoming Meet & Greet dates at Petco and Pet Supplies Plus. You may also email us if you are interested in a specific cat.
