Adaira's Story...
Underbite lovers, here's a girl for you! Adaira is a 2 year old Pug / ShiTzu who was purchased from a humane society last month. Her new owner felt she didn't have enough time to spend with Adaira. She bought her all kinds of nice stuff but Adaira was lonely. So she chose to bring her to our shelter to find a new home that could give her the attention she deserves. Adaira is up to date on all her vaccinations and testings. She is spayed and on her heart worm and Frontline preventative. She is a sweet , happy girl. Although she is doing very well with her new friends at the shelter, she's had quite enough temporary situations and is ready to go to a forever home. Adoption fee:$255.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adaira, a Mora Pug/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Shih Tzu for sale in Mora, or seeking a Pug/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Mora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Pug/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mora paves the way for another one to be saved.
