Loyal's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Loyal's Story...
Loyal was trained for hunting but didn't quite make the grade for the perfect retrieving dog. He is intimidated by too many new things/people at one time but has so much love to give to just the right family. Please give this boy a chance and he will be the best friend ever. We are having our next adoption event at the Petco in Warwick RI on Feb 15 and 16. Please come see us all there and prepare to fall in love. .

About Southern Dogs Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a not for profit, no kill animal rescue group. Our mission is to help with the high kill rate that is unfortunately unavoidable at overcrowded animals shelters. We focus on pulling dogs from shelters in Alabama and Georgia because we see a great need in these areas and feel that we can help eliminate many euthanasia by providing a temporary place and veterinary care for shelter dogs until they can be matched with a family. We believe there is a home and family waiting for each and everyone of these pets if just given the time to find them.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We participate in monthly adoption events in the NY area as well as Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maryland.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee is $375 and an application process is followed for all adoptions. A forever agreement is also required for all potential adoptive families to complete before the adoption is finalized
