Here is the cutest little puppy in the world, Riggins. He is a 6 month old Shih Tzu and he is ready for his forever home. He is a total lover and is content to just sit in your lap and be held all day. He is 9.5lbs and was recently groomed. Riggins is good with cats, kids, dogs and is working on learning our dog door/potty training.

**His adoption fee is $200 and includes his neuter, vaccinations (including rabies) and license per Maricopa County.
